Mayonnaise...

I'm really not a mayo person, but when it comes to tuna sandwiches, it has to be made with regular mayo. The reduced fat mayo's are just disgusting!

BUT

My boyfriend recently bought Hellmann's Mayonnaise Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It tasted just like regular mayo and it has 50 cals and 5 grams of fat. Reg mayo has 100 cals and 9 grams of fat. Now I can go back to eating a tuna sandwich for lunch once or twice a week!

I thought I would just share this with you guys in case you hate those reduced fat mayo's and miss having your sandwich with mayo. Here's a link for the nutritional information.

HEB makes a fuly cooked bacon that I eat every day...3.5 slices are 80 calores and is listed in the food diary....if you don't have HEB, check out the other fully cooked bacons - they are not as high in calories....surprisingly, neither is regular bacon. Enjoy

Maybe I will treat myself to a BLT with turkey this weekend, since I have 2 packs of frozen bacon just sitting in my freezer. Two weeks ago I treated myself to Panera's Bacon Turkey Bravo but that added up to almost 900 calories. :grumble: Good thing I ate extremely light earlier that day, even though I still went over my 1200 calorie goal by a little over 100 calories.

I'll have to look for the other kind of bacon that you guys mentioned.
