30 day shred or ripped in 30?

I have seen so many positve feedbacks and posts about jillian Michaels 30 day shred wrkout that made me want to try it, but when I went to target to get it there was a newer version ripped in 30. Has anyone done this one? When I read the back of the dvd it said it follows the same 3 2 1 method as the 30 day shred video, and on amazon I read some reviews that's said they like ripped in 30 better. Feedback pls

    Most people start with Shred and move on to Ripped but if you are already at an ok fitness level, you could start with Ripped. They're both pretty good interval training workouts. Good luck!

    I did do 30 DS and now do Ripped in 30; I do think maybe 30DS first is better as the other may be pretty tough to start out with. I enjoy being able to do a quick work out and continue to use it. Many describe pretty dramatic results- loosing inches; I have not experienced such result but sometimes can see some difference. I continue to use them and cardio the other days. Good luck!

    Oh- I listen to music or watch something else while I do the work out otherwise I get pretty bored with it.

    so you guys saying, 30 shred, is better to start when you have been a caouch potatoe? better to start with that one, and then move on to the ripped?
