What are your favourite exercises to get rid of these?

I have tried everything, including lots of cardio, arm dips, weights - the lot - but they just wont shift.

Any secrets I dont know about yet that you're willing to share?

Try more. Thats all I can say!

I can see mine slowly disappearing - I do a lot of tricep pull downs - arm weights etc. Just keep at it and you will see results. Up the weight - you have to be working hard for it to work! :D xxx

As long as you eat in a calorie deficit, you will not get bulky.. it's impossible. If you are new to weights or really obese then you may see beginner gains.. but they won't last long.

Just lift heavy(Both upper and lower body) plus make sure to get enough protein( I think the rule is 1 gram per pound of lean body mass) and do cardio. Wash, rinse and repeat and your arms will be looking fab in no time.

I promise you - you will not man up! Take a look at this thread!

You will lose the fat and gain some definition. You wont suddenly turn into a massive body builder!! Dont worry!

you cant lose a certain spot on your body. You can tone them such as tricep dips. but only diet and excercise can reduce your overall appearance of these
  • Mine are starting to go, I do Body Combat and also my bar shifts help as the trays of glasses in and out of the glasswash are quite heavy. Persistence and Patience is key.
