Hello all!!!
I'm not one to make New Year Resolutions but I decided LAST year that I needed to start doing something to get back into health mode. So I quit smoking almost 10 months ago. Like many, this made me gain weight.
So now I'm moving to my next goal... getting back into shape!
As I've shared with a few already, I joined a local Biggest Loser Contest primarily for accountablility. I've done so many diets, it's not even funny. This time around, I'm just doing it the old fashion way: exercise and moderation with food.
One problem that I have is my impatience. I wish I hadn't turned into a instant-gratification monster. It gets me down fast. So I'm hoping that I can get a good network going here :)

  • I have a problem with wanting instant results myself. I'm trying to focus that desire into exercise successes instead. I did pushups from my toes instead of from the knees, etc. Friend request sent.
