Too much exercise?

That weight is nothing to worry about. If you start doing intense exercise after not doing any for a while your body will gain a little by storing extra glycogen and water in your muscles. This is it's way of being prepared to exercise hard again and is good. Once it gets used to the new routine the weight will start coming off again.
Since you took a week off it may rebound some again. Don't worry about it but stay the course and you will see results. Keep up the exercise at least three times a week and the rebound effect will go away.0
