But, but I don't wanna work out today!!

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum, but it does have to do with fitness and exercise.

I'm on the Turbo Jam fitness plan and on today's calendar I have to do the 20 minute workout and I planned to do the Cardio Party one as well. But I'm feeling drained today. Like all I want to do is sleep and not move. I don't even have anything to do today personally besides maybe go buy lunch if I'm hungry enough.

Missing 1 day of calorie won't kill my weight loss plan would it? If so I guess I could find some energy and go into my living room and work out for a bit. Otherwise I might just drive down to the Big Dam Bridge and walk a few laps back and forth (about 0.8 mile one-way).
