Marinades/Sauces

Hi, I'm trying to teach myself to cook and make more fresh meals instead of processed foods. Can anyone suggest any healthy marinades or sauces that I could put with meat to make it a bit more interesting instead of a plain chicken breast?

Honey and Pecan - you will get good fats and sugar from that
Garlic and Corriander
Chilli oil is a good one you can just baste with most of these
Lemon and Lime
Garlic and cottage cheese
Apple and chilli (sounds weird but its not that bad actually)
I am trying to do the same as you really, chicken is just a bit boring at the minute on its own but tried a lot of things in teh cupboard, some good some not so good I must admit
Don't forget good old tomato that can liven things up or at least act as a base to add other things into it, I will come back to this thread hope you get some good feedback0 -

Try Mrs. Dash's salt-free seasonings. It's very tasty just to coat a chicken breast in that and pop in the oven to bake! I love the Italian Seasoning.0
