Ok so I am 5'2 weight around 124 but I got down to 110-113 and then I went through a phase of eating whatever I wanted well that got me into trouble. I was eating 1200 cals. I got everything back on track and I usually do cardio for 30 min 3x a week and then 2x of strength training for 68 min. depends on how much time I have. I started eating the 1200 again but I am not seeing my weight go back down like it was before. I marked it at half lb a week that gave me like 1301 or something. Should I be eating more calories then this?

Try around 1500 cals, this is how i got it...
if this is in fact your calories, you must know that if you eat under this number very often you're weightloss will halt
