Hi everyone,
I have been working out and watching my calorie intake for about a month now.... and I have actually gained weight. I just started to measure myself, but my clothes aren't feeling any looser. I work out everyday, and have recently bumped my cardio up to an hour. I work out in the mornings, after cardio I do some weights and crunches... but not much, mostly cardio..... does any one have any advice because I am getting frustrated. Working so hard and seeing no difference, I am ready to give up.

They say if u workout 3hrs before bedtime it helps jump your metabolism bc at that time is when it begins to slow down

The time of day you workout won't make a difference. I would try playing around with my cals and seeing if that works. Maybe your daily intake is too high, you could decrease it by 100 cals.

Get a food scale and use it. It was the best tool I used for my weight loss. You will be really surprised to see what a true portion is.

start lifting light weights and do more ab workouts, more muscle burns more fat, push your self with more resistence if you use a treadmill increase the incline, do intervals. Make sure you switch up your cardio, don't do the same thing everyday Dietary supplements work good as well, Adipex works wonders with excercise but you'll need a prescription for it and should only be taken for no longer then 30-60 days. Hopefully this can help you out, dont feel like you plateu with weight loss and excersing is wasting your time also try to eat different foods and less calories.
