My name is Amy, and I cannot believe how easy My Fitness Pal has been, and how it's helped me be accountable this week. I would like to lose 80-100 pounds. I can't say I've ever tried losing weight before, because I would never actually get started on whatever it is I say I'm going to do, whether it's Weight Watchers, low-carb high protein, etc... I have seen a big increase in my energy level this week, and that alone has been worth it. I am looking forward to meeting my first goal and meeting new people.

I do love this App, it has made me think about my food, and I feel I can stick to this diet as I'm not starving myself!
