For the same amount of money you can buy a pair of dumbbells and get a much better work out for your arms, shoulders, back and chest then you would with the shake weight.

they made fun of them at the training camp for the jets on the hbo show Hard Knocks( it was halerious ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xe0KW3DJ1rI )... its totally a scam..save ur money and buy real dumbbells.

While you're at it then, get a Free Flexor. Use one in each hand. If your goal is having excellent HJ endurance, you will exceed them I'm sure.

Thanks to those of you who gave usefull feedback xx
  • We have one, no one likes it. It's a weight so it works like a weight does, ours came with a little work out dvd so your not just sitting and shakeing it back and fourth. It is harder then a normal bumbell because it's harder to shake then you would expect. If you use it right it works great though. we just prefer our normal dumbells.

    Hope it helped. :)

I have one. Have used it once. Felt massively embarassed!! (see youtube vids and you'll realised why!) Still intend to go back to using it though (when I eventually stop blushing at the thought!!) as I could really feel the burn on my arms, was definitely working those muscles!
