I love the recipes out of the Everyday Food magazine (it's a Martha Stewart publication and you can get a lot of the recipes of her website)! Easy and for the most part economical.

I make a bunch of stir frys, casseroles, mexican dishes, crock pot recipes, I grind it and use it where I would use hamburger. As I tell my kids you shouldn't ask what's for dinner, but how it's cooked. :)

I just found some on All Recipes.com. You can go to the option of Healthy Cooking and choose chicken. SO far two i got was for a cranberry pineapple chicken, which turns out to be 374 cals per serving and the other one is a Basil Chicken with Angel Hair pasta, which is 362 cals per serving

My family and I like the Macaroni Grill boxed kits, located by the mac-n-cheese in the store. Add chicken to their kit, which includes sauce and pasta.

I'm a huge fan of BBC Good Food magazine & their website.

    Easy & delicious recipes.

One of my favourite chicken recipes on there is the one for Jerk chicken kebabs with mango salsa. Incredibly yummy!

Never, EVER use a kit from a box! The added fillers and sodium won't help with maintaining good health. Cook as basic as you can with RAW ingredients.

Oh, and I also love these braised chicken tacos:

Quite a lot of effort but worth it. Plus, I make lots and then freeze portions for future lunches.
