eating more than 6 meals? - navigating MFP

if you're like me and eat more than 6 meals a day...its frustrating to explain to people your meals aren't 700 cals or 900 cals lol. and to be honest...i was confusing myself some days "why did i eat so much at breakfast?" lol.

So here's what I did to remind myself when i split the meal up and remind others. I went into recipes and added the first two ingredients that popped into my head (you have to add two) and set the amount in each one to zero and named my meal "meal split into two". and then I add that to every meal I split up.


This might be a stupid thing to post but if anyone was in a similar situation as me and wishing there was more than 6 meals on mfp....i think this is a reasonable trick to keep others (an yourself lol) from wondering why your eating so much in one meal (and you can add it exactly where your broke the meal up, which i like)
