Most Delicious Breakfast in a long while.... but it's weird

Between 2 Ryvita Rye/Oat crisps layer:

1 tbsp Adams 100% Natural Peanut butter (or almond butter)
2 thin slices of Avacado
2 thin slices mozarella cheese

Comes out to about 300 calories, taste remarkable tho' I can't imagine why. It's just plain good.
