I have a good plan for my cardio work outs 3 times a week but I want to add in strength training 2-3 times a week on a consistent basis. I always do some strength training at the gym using bands or weights but want to follow a program. If any of you do kettleball workouts on DVD or online, which ones would you recommend? Thanks!

"Absolute Beginners Kettlebell 3-in-1" with Amy Bento. Fantastic tutorial and the workouts are not just for beginners; there is an intermediate workout. Increase the weight of your kettlebell for a greater challenge. Great DVD.

I think the above DVD is better than "Power Body: Kettlebell Bootcamp" with Angie Miller. Many of the moves (exercises) were not explained in the tutorial so having good form is up to you to figure out. However, this DVD includes more varied exercises.

My local library has both DVDs available for free checkout. Hopefully yours does too.
