Meet Ellie!

I was feeling really depressed and wasn't taking good care of myself, so I decided to rescue an animal- turns out the animal shelter had hamsters! They found 18 little hamsters in a dumpster, and one of them was Ellie!

Not only does she make me smile, but she's probably the best Fitness Pal I've ever had:

She runs all night in her wheel (up to eight miles a night, I read!) and all she eats is fruit, veggies, nuts and seeds! She inspires me to do the same!

And like all animals, she never judges people- even though she had such an awful past she lives in the moment, and is probably the happiest little critter I've ever seen.
