I need to start losing inches again!

Hi MFP!!! I am officially an MFP addict and crazy about exercise!!!! I never thought I would say that. :huh: I have been doing well, down over 11 inches and 22 pounds. I exercise 5-6 days a week, spin, weights, Hot Yoga, step, hiking, and running....my first 1/2 marathon is the end of Feb.

I have been losing weight slowly and feel strong and thinner than I have in years!!!! So why am I complaining?????? I am ready to go to the next level!!! What exercises do you think are best to shave off those inches????? My problem area is thighs and rear. I am also starting to focus more on arms since I need to have nice curvy ones....I can see it happening slow but sure!!!

This summer is going to Rock for me!!!! I was shopping a couple weeks ago and saw the swim suits out ALREADY.....I wasn't scared at the sight of them like in years past :bigsmile:

    Kettlebell workouts have been helping shed lots of inches!
