So a friend and i am going to start at home DVDS, and we need to start not too insane...
What are the two or three best ones to do? I like the look of Ripped in 30 and 30 day Shred...
Hints and help would be lovely as i want my friend not to feel its too hard to do and stick with! I have started insanity and will keep that up, but want to find her something not so intense for the moment...

I do the last chance work out by Jillian Micheals, I love it. It gives me the cardio I need its just the right amount of push. It incorporates HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), when I was done with the session I was sweating like crazy, gets your heart pumping but doable.0

30 ds and RIpped is good for starters, if youre a beginner or havent trained in a while. I like that they are so short, still you get a very allround workout. Banish fat boost metabolism is only cardio and longer then both ripped and 30 ds, no more trouble zones is 50 minutes of pure strength circuit training, Killer buns focuses on legs and cardio, 5 week 6 pack is cardio focusing on abs.0

Sweet. I think walmart has the ripped in 30 and 30ds on for * bucks each, so i am going to go buy one, and she is going to buy the other, and then we'll switch it up in a month. For me, it means i will run and do a quick 20 minute Jillian workout in the same day, and do the Insanity on non running days to see what i can manage and the results i will see...0
