just a quick question from a baffled idiot!
so i have been on a plateau (between 125-127lb) for ages now, around two months. but this morning i woke up, after three days of eating every 2hrs (new thing to boost metabolism) and am down to 124.2! could this be me overcoming the plateau, or will it pile back on again tomorrow?
i am in that TOM too, i thought we were supposed to put ON weight! i only aim to lose .5lb a week cos i am already small....bit baffled by this!! especially as i ate LOTs of chocolate on the weekend!!

Could be your body had gotten comfortable before with what you were doing, and now you shocked it by eating every two hours, letting it know you weren't starving it. So it decided to reward you. Kudos to you. If chocolate is the secret, even better. I'll be right back ...need to stock up.0

I put as much stock in a sudden drop as I do in a sudden gain--interesting, but I need to see trends, not instances. So it's good that the scale is moving in that direction. Weigh again in a week or so and see if it's still headed there. If so, cool. If not, no big deal. I have looked way bigger at the weight I'm at currently. It's about body composition, not scale weight.0
