Wii Biggest Loser Challenge Question

This is silly, but I'd really like to change my avatar's appearance on the game. I've been playing for months now and I've lost weight, so I want my character to reflect that. Anyone know how to change it?

go into the mii character builder, and edit the mii you are using

It doesn't use a Mii, it has it's own realistic looking avatars.
