Mail order meat?

I'm guessing this is the right place to ask since it is about food. We have a family member that is literally on the other side of the country and has fallen on hard times. We want to send them some chicken, hamburgers, etc. through a mail order company. Omaha is a little too pricey for our budget. We have looked into Schwann's but not sure about them. We aren't wanting to supply them with a months worth of food just some to put in their freezer "to get them through" between paydays. Any places that do a "meat of the month" type thing that doesn't cost too terribly much? Thanks in advance!
