As you may have guessed I am new here. I have just starting using my fitness pal as a way of counting calories. thought this would be a good way to keep motivated as my bland diet is now starting to get a bit old.

I am doing power 90 currently finishing my 3rd week so still a long way to go and plan on dong p90x and finally the insanity plan so I will be on this board every day until at least August.

  • Honestly the i enjoy the strength training days but hate the cardio I never knew yoga was so hard.

    I just enrolled in a yoga class, and honestly from previous classes, I don't really like it! Haha. My mom swears by it, plus this instructor is supposed to be the BEST, so I hope it goes well
  • I hope it works for you i can see how it can benefit your fitness but i struggle with it at the moment.
