What exercise or cardio do you find works best

I am trying to start a fitness routine and or schedule to get the most out of my new life change. What have you found to be the best in your own personal experiences that have worked. I did the c210k and burnt out last year and put the weight back on. I would love any and all ideas.....Thanks

    Running is the most effective calorie burner. Once you really get in shape you can easily knock off 1000 calories in an hour nearly every day.

    IMO, lifting weights is best, if your goal is to look good.

    Do you do any cardio or just lifting? If you do cardio do you do it before or after lifting and how much

    My favorite all time workout is Turbo Jam or Turbo Fire!!!! I always fall back to one of those!!
