i just hought it would nice to see how peoples families are affect.
for my family:
- we all eat healther. i do not go to extreams with my cooking but i only cook one meal that we all will eat (hubby and a toddler and a 9 month old). so it has to be semi healthy since i am eating it too.
-i am serving more veggies
-i have been baking more, but i am baking healthy snacks, and altering recipes to make them healhty
-i have been using my dehydrator so i can make healthy add ins for snacks.

also: we have always walked everyday that we can we do a family walk so that was not because of me being healthier. but i have noticed my husband being more aware of what and how much he is eating. and the first week or so he was a little resistant. and brought home treats and stuff but i guess now that he has saw that we are still eating "good" food he is excepting it.0
