back to it and 30 day shred!

Ive been a bit off the band wagon since the beginning of December, with work, poorly animals and being away over xmas & new yr it all came to a stand still!!

I started back at the gym Monday & Tues, had a rest day yesterday and found the 30 day shred DVD. Having read so much on here about decided to give it a go, so started Day 1 today! Not as bad as i thought it might be, but bet my legs will be sore soon!

Anyone else starting or just started the 30DS as well?? I want to try do it properly and do the 30 days straight so looking for support and encouragement as well!!

Anyone with me? :ohwell:

    Day 2 for me! And trust me, your entire body will be sore tomorrow. Keep the tylenol close by.
