Help! I need to know that there is hope for those of us with Apron bellies. Please if you have pics of the success you've had to make yours look better please post!!

    Squats and Dead-lifts. Isolating your core would be a very slow process to drop body fat%. Use compound lifts and Cardio (any form will do to start out with I like rowing)

    Losing weight is going to get rid of the fat that is still pulling that skin down. Also wearing a tight belly garment (gurdle/spanx) will help the skin take the right shape as you shrink, but...

    okay, don't kill me, but the skin might stay. Plastic surgery is the only option to really get it completely gone. Honestly, if you work that hard to get thinner, and you need a little skin snipped off, and if that makes you feel better about yourself, I'm all for supporting that. :) hehe.
  • I agree with the above poster. There's no help for us. :-( I've lost well over 100 lbs. and still got some more to go and I look like like a grandmother by the breasts and a mother of 5 by the stomach. The only option I see is plastic surgery. :-(
