This is the link to the strength training program I am using with lots of success if success is measured in pain. I am on my 15th day and I manage my diet on MFP. As for the workout the only real hard part is the day after the leg workout that includes squats I am sore 3 days after I am doing cardio 7 days a week.the ease of the program is that you just print a sheet each day with what your doing that day and all the exercises he is telling you to do there is video if needed. along with a mobile app that you can have the vids with you if you need. You must find your weights on each exercise and work them 10 to 12 reps and FAIL your last set. Record your weights on the printout sheet because each time you work a muscle group it will not be the same exercise and you can refer back to previous workouts.
