I love grilling pizzas. My favorite is
fresh basil, tomato, garlic, and some
mozzorella. I just use a little red sauce
    from Del Monte.

At least this is how I used to do it. I may
have to look to lower sodium sauce, or
just make my own marinara. (Tweak it
a little because of MFP) LOL

I usually divide a pound of dough in to 1/3's,
just makes it easier to handle.

Brush olive oil on the side to be cooked:
Only takes a couple of minutes. Close the
    lid on low heat.

When the first side is cooked, brush
olive oil on the raw side, and flip it on
to a plate, or a pan.

Top the now cooked side, and return
to the grill. It doesn't take long to cook.

I cook them with the lid down, and the
    burners pretty low.

i make my own pizza, i'll either buy Boboli wheat crust ( or if im super motivated Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free pizza crust). i'll put on ragu homestyle sause and top that with fat free shredded mozzerella, ground turkey, green peppers, and onions.

but make it ur own! if u want chicken n broccoli have that!

maybe even spinach and feta cheese! so many different combinations and its sooo easy to do at home and be healthier :)

I make my own too. If you don't have a greasy meat and use less cheese, it really isn't very greasy at all. I like mine with mushrooms and black olives or green chile and green olives. Also, when I was a girl, we used to do a version of mini pizzas on english muffins with sauce, cheese, and toppings, and then we would toast them in the toaster oven (or you could broil it if you don't have a toaster oven).

*Thanks, but I still can't get it to work...

**I thought taking out the %20 would fix it.

*** Ok, I had to redownload the picture from
photobucket, rename it, then reupload to PB.
Then change the IMG to img! *** :glasses:

Anyway, this is the process. The crust turns out
    thin and crisp.

    Again, thanks for the help!!!!
