best strength training to boos weight loss

Hi All, i have read a lot about mixing cardio and strength training to boost weight loss but which strength training is the best, I have dumbells and kettlebells. I currently do 30 mins cardio training each day but need a boost.

    I have used this program it rocks i think ....www.bodybuilding.com/fun/lee-labrada-12-week-lean-body-trainer.html...It guilds you each day you print a sheet for each day as you start to record your weights it really gets good. I am on my 15th day I do cardio every day manage me diet here
