Hi, I am wanting friends who are unable to exercise or otherwise not exercising for whatever reason. The reason being, I am unable to exercise much due to being on the road with my husband. He's a cross country truck driver. I do get some really good exercise on occasion when I actually have to help move boxes or fold mats. But, this is not very often. So, if u exercise alittle, that is fine for the kind of friend I'm looking for. I have lots of friends that exercise alot and I feel alittle left out in the exercise aspect of it. I just wanted to see if there were others out there who were depending on watching what they eat more than exercising, for whatever reason. And before anyone writes about the benefits of exercise, I already know them and agree with them. I just want to find someone who is doing this without exercise, so that we can relate to each other on that issue. I believe it's harder for people to lose weight thru diet alone, and need support from someone who is going thru this too. Thanks for reading. P.S. I BELIEVE in open diaries. Just sayin'

At 65 I can't exercise like I would like to due to arthritis--have had one hip replacement and need another one and both knees are bad too. I do lift weights, play golf with a riding cart, and walk very slowly on the treadmill or outside with a ski pole for security. As a former athlete (ranked tennis player) it is very hard and depressing for me not be able to get a lot of exercise.
