Question about diet days off???

So I originally planned on taking one day a week off of my diet to keep it mixed up. My question is this, is it good to have one or two days off of it a week??? I ask because I seem to like to take Sunday and Wednesday off without overdoing anything. Just having alittle extra and eatting out possibly. People say to take two days off it a week just like working out however I am questioning if this is good or if I should stick to the diet 6days instead of 5. HELP???

    I think the answer will vary widely based on personal preference. For me, I like to eat out, but I make sure to workout that day and each within my calories once or maybe twice a week. I don't have cheat days as I will just consume too much junk food.
