What should I have for dinner to stay under my caloric goal? I have about 400 calories left.

Or exercise and earn a few calories that way
Grilled chicken/Beef/Pork sans bread and a side should do the trick just fine.0 -
Me too... I'm having Tilapia, steamed broccoli, and rice and I'll still be under the 400.0

I have less than 200 calories left for the day but have to log my 750 calories burned this morning and will be heading to the gym for 1000 calorie burn on the elliptical this evening which will give me a very nice buffer for some chicken fajita wraps and some almonds and chocolate milk for a bedtime snack. The advantages of exercise!!!0

Great suggestions so far. I do exercise every day, so yes, there will at least a few extra calories to add.0
