If I need to get 2 inches off from around my hip/waist area, how many pounds would I have to lose to be successful??

I think it probably differs from person to person because everyone loses weight from certain areas differently. Also if you gain muscle you might lose inches without losing much weight at all but if you just do cardio and don't gain much muscle you'll weigh less when you drop the inches, if that makes any sense.0

Agree that it all depends on your body...In the beginning I was only loosing inches and no weight, now it has changed roles... losing weight, but not much with inches anymore.. Keep at it, and push yourself hard every time...0
