My first 5k on the treadmill

Yay! Today I did it. Finally stayed on the dreadmill till I finished my 5k. I did a slow jog for about 10 mins then did sprints - it made it so much more interesting and by sprinting for 1 min, walking for 2 mins, the distance was clocking round much quicker. Time was 40:35 - aim now, of course, is to get the time down.
