Wanting a quick jump start

I am not wanting to drop 20 lbs in 3 weeks or anything. But has anyone here done anything to give a quick jump start, a big motivator, when beginning their weight loss? Im just wanting something that gives me some results to keep me going.

    I wish there was a magic answer for you but there is not, if there was, everyone would be skinny.

    You can do the Atkins Induction phase for a couple weeks. Stay under 20 grams of carbs per day and you will lose a lot of water weight and some fat (especially if you exercise). Best wishes :)
