I love fruit and I find it really hard to stay within the 24 mg allowance.. Is this really a big deal if my sugar is natural sugar???

The difference is, your eating fruit, not sugar.0

I don't worry about the sugar from my fresh fruit. As long as it is not dried - most dried fruits are very concentrated sources of sugars (and calories) and much of the time they also have additional sugar coating the fruit.0
