My friend (really was a friend) lost about 25lb and was falling in love with exercise and her new body.

One day at the gym doing squats and leg lifts on the mats she noticed a guy checking her out. He was creepy and not hot but she is polite so she smiled, tried not to make eye contact and continued with the squats, sit ups and leg raises etc.

After 20min when he looked too excited to be at the gym and she couldn't take it any more. She went and got changed.

She realised she had a gaping hole in her crotch and she works out commando. :blushing:

I would have died! Just, good lord, I'm glad I wear thermals under my workout shorts.... I may wear 3 sets tonight at Zumba now.....
