Hello everyone! I'm looking for some fellow MFPers who sign in daily and want to help support, encourage, and motivate each other! Although I'm doing this for myself, I definitely find motivation in a community! I'm 27, in nursing graduate school, from the PNW. I adore yoga but am trying to get into new types exercise too. My goal is 25 lbs by mid June- nice and easy (and sustainable!). I would be thrilled to drop from my current 14-16 to a 12. Let me know if you think we might be good support for each other!

I am a grad student as well, doing graduate Physiotherapy. We may face some similar challenges along the way! It can be tough time and money wise, but I think getting involved on here is a big help.0
