Who has tried it? Did it work for you?

    I think it's pretty good. Don't know how effective it is but it certainly helps the blood circulation

    I betcha they don't work as well as a nice hard cardio session...:)

    I like to use it after my workout as a cool down- a few light exercises on there like body weight squats, lunges, arms in bicep curl position with the bands attached and so on. Then a few stretches. It helps ease the soreness from my dumbbell routines.

    to only use this you would need to exercise hard on it - not just stand on it. I'm sure it would work with enough effort, but not a magic machine that does the work for you!
