Is there a certain way you should be organizing the caloric intake for meals. Like biggest one breakfast, lighter lunch, lighter supper?
I am finding that my breakfast is usually my smallest and lunch is my biggest.

id say whatever works for you. it doesnt really matter when you eat your calories..
some days my breakfast is biggest. some days i skip breakfast and have equal lunch and dinner..some days my dinner is biggest. it just depends on how hungry i am around meal times0 -
I have a tendency to eat a bigger breakfast and try to pack as much protein as I can in the mornings. But if I know I am going to be going out to eat then I will adjust and save the majority of my calories for dinner! Listen to your body and it will let you know when you are the hungriest!0
