30 day shred + 6 week 6 pack

Hi everyone. I am on day 11 of 30ds. I've dropped 1 size down. I need to lose another 7 lbs however most of that is around the belly and love handles. What is the most effective way to do this? I also do 20 min. on the elliptical. Would it help and be ok if I added JM's 6 week 6 pack workout?

    I am also doing the 30DS and tried the 6W6P from the library and hated it, I felt like she jumped around too much. I am now looking into another ab workout

    Hi, i also did 6wk 6 pk.. it helped in toning my mid-section. I did the full 6 wks... :)) hopes this helps

    i'm attempting to do both of those dvds as well. i'm only on day 2 of the shred, and day 1 of 6wk 6 pack, and i could only make it half way through 6 wk after completing 30 day. i'm just going to try to stick to it and see what happens.

    I think it would help a lot! I've been doing a rotation of killer buns and thighs, 30 day shred, and six pack abs and I've seen a big difference! Its worth a shot...
