I have been using a Ski machine( the machine is really old too). i work out about 30 min's and burn 230 cal's, but when i log it on MFP it adds about 100 more cal's. I have been stuck at the same weight for about 3weeks. so my question is what should i go by? the machine or MFP????

get a polar calorie counter or accuate calorie counting!!!0
