Three full weeks in the books!

-11 lbs (max) and probably -9 lbs, due to my moderate level of dehydration this morning, resultant from slightly too much alcohol over the last 4 days. But whatever! We all need a break sometimes.
Eating has not been perfect, but the calories count has kept me from overeating even if its junk food. I've been drinking my water and am working on 'eating clean'.
I have been making it to the gym at an OK rate, need to step it up (i increased my gym goals on here).
Looks like I am on track!
OK enough about me, let's talk about me :laugh:
