Finding motivation

Hello, I recently started my fitness pal and I am struggling to find motivation for working out. I am currently not working due to being laid off. And I know that now I have more time than ever to workout but no money for the gym. I am looking to you my fellow fitness pal members for advice and workouts that I can do from home? Your advice would be appreciated
Thanks,
Brandy

Look up Crossfit on the internet. They can give you ides for working out at home with little to no equipment. The exercises are hard but I know people who use it and have seen great results. Good luck.0

You might want to see if your Library has a copy of Strong Women Stay Slim. There are several exercises in the book, all of which can be done at home. I believe it was also there that I read about using common household objects like a can of soup as a weight.0
