    I have honestly no clue as to where to put this but, Where is the granola usually? I mean I want granola to put in yogurt or oatmeal. Can anyone help please? Thanks.

    I agree. Typically a good idea to stay away from added sugars. The best kinds of snacks for me are the ones that don't come in wrappers! This means fruits and nuts!

    I don't agree. Most people eat sugar. Knowing they can still have it in moderation, is a great tool for them to stay on track.

    yes many people do eat sugar and can eat it in moderation. Yes eating sugar in moderation is OK. but don't hand your kid a smore and call it a "healthy snack." It's a treat
