Best way to log 30 day shred WITHOUT HRM.

I don't have the money for a heart rate monitor right now, so don't suggest that... haha. But what's the best way to log it? I know this has been asked a LOT but most people use a HRM when they do it, which isn't possible for me. I don't mind if I get a number under what the real number might be, as long as it's not over estimating.

I'm in the same boat, can't afford a hrm right now either. Maybe you could take manually take your pulse a few times during doing the shred, and then see if what you put into MFP is accurate..0

I Googled once how many calories were burned for the 30 Day Shred and it gave me the number for a person who would weigh 150 pounds. I did some math and figured out how much it would be for someone my weight. I used that for a while, but I ended getting a HRM for Christmas.0
