Artificial Sweetener

I dislike artificial sweeteners because I don't like the aftertaste, but I also don't like putting all the chemicals into my body. I prefer natural, whole foods. I have used stevia, but will only use it in tea - in tea it doesn't bother me, but I don't like the taste of it in coffee.0

I used some little packets today in my tea, and I noticed that the first drink doesn't taste bad, but once you have the aftertaste in you it doesn't taste the same. I've never tried Stevia, but like I said, I don't really have much need for sweeteners. I'm better off without!0

I've used the stevia, but I felt like it had the same sort of aftertaste as the artificial stuff. I have mananged to ditch the sugar in my coffee by adding agave nectar. It has a higher calorie count, but a lower glycemic index value and I use less of it. I can take the stevia in cold drinks but not hot.0

My wife has been swearing by Z Sweet for months and in an a attempt to avoid milk in my coffee I gave it a try -- well-- no more milk in my coffee. It is really good -- I've try the others-- I like this one a lot. I've been buying it thru Amazon.
