Hi everyone, I'm not necessarily "new" to MFP. I started using it in early 2010 but then I found out I was expecting so I had to kind of put that away for the time being. Anyway, my baby was born in Oct. 2011 and now I'm dedicated to the app and tracking my food. Ive been reading the success stories for inspiration and that's helped motivate me A LOT!
I bought a scale last night to get more accurate calorie counts and I'm looking at getting new recipes into my cooking mix so I can lose the 60 lbs I am looking to lose.
I know it will take a lot of motication, dedication and willpower but I feel that I am in a good place to focus on eating well so I'm not always tired. Fitting into my clothes would also be nice.
Best wishes to you all.
