So I love me some coffee with french vanilla flavored cream, but man those little cups have a lot of calories and sugar. Are there any low cal low sugar creamers out there that any of you guys use? And giving up coffee is not an option.

I use regular half & half. I used to use the low-fat creamers but they have some scary ingredients like high fructose corn syrup. I don't know how much you like to use but two tablespoons of regular half & half that I buy (trader joes's) not sure if you have those where you live but other brand's are pretty much the same and its only about 35 calories no carbs 3 grams of fat AND no sugar! I know I could never give up my coffee either!

You can also use spices to liven up your coffee like a drop of vanilla or some cinnamon or a dash of cocoa, it's always better to prepare these things yourself.

My hubby just purchased the True value brand from walmart- 25 cal and 0 everything else. I can say it is delish, nice strong vanilla cream taste.
