OK, here are my numbers:
RMR: 1534
BMR: 1551
Tdee: 2133
How do I use these numbers to calculate the calories I need to lose weight?
This is such a new concept for me.

When you join mfp and you put in your data it does the math for you after you set your weight loss goal. Keep in mind that if you are already lean then set a realistic goal, unless you are obese or have 30+ lbs to lose then do not set the goal to 2 lbs/wk. The daily goal is spits out already has the deficit built in to shed that weight which is why you get to eat back your exercise cals. If you chose not to eat them back then that is a personal choice but I have never hit a plateau by eating them back and always shed the amount of weight I wanted. So my advice is to trust mfp settings as a starting point and tweak from there.0
